Job Responsibilities:

• Online Sales & E-Commerce Management
  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure product availability
  • Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly to maintain high ratings and service quality
  • Plan and execute online campaigns, flash sales, and promotions to drive traffic and sales
  • Analyze sales performance and marketplace analytics to optimize product visibility and conversion rates
• Offline Marketing & Branding
  • Plan and coordinate offline marketing activities such as events, product displays, flyers, and promotional materials for the office and retail touchpoints
  • Liaise with printing vendors, event organizers, and suppliers for marketing materials
  • Support in-store promotions, product sampling, or exhibitions as needed
  • Maintain and update the company’s marketing materials and brand visuals in the office
  • Work closely with the sales, operations, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and sales strategies
  • Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and market developments

​Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
• SPM with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or online sales 
• Strong understanding of social media and online advertising
• Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design or video editing skills is an advantage
