Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
  • Oversee the storage, organization, and inventory of goods in the warehouse. This includes conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions. 
• Shipping and Receiving:
  • Manage the receipt of incoming shipments and the dispatch of outgoing orders. This involves verifying the quantity and quality of goods received and ensuring that all shipments are properly documented. 
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse procedures. This includes implementing safety measures to protect the warehouse from hazards and ensuring that all employees follow safety protocols. 
• Material Handling:
  • Coordinate the arrangement and rotation of warehouse items, ensuring that materials are stored correctly and efficiently. This may involve using material handling equipment and following best practices for stacking and storing goods. 
• Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain records related to inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse operations. This includes generating reports on stock levels and any discrepancies that may arise. 
• Team Coordination:
  • Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding inventory needs and order fulfillment.
