Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to help customers find suitable outfits
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections
• Perform pants alteration (e.g., hemming) using store equipment as required
• Operate the POS system efficiently during transactions, refunds, or exchanges
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store
• Conduct daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy, neat, and inviting at all times
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks and product tagging
• Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
• Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies
