Job Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk duties – phone calls, enquiries, walk-ins, parent communication
- Manage student enrolment, attendance, records & fee collections
- Support Principal & teachers with admin tasks (filing, reports, scheduling)
- Ensure smooth operations for events & daily preschool activities
- Liaise with vendors & suppliers for school needs
- Maintain compliance with licensing, safety & documentation requirements
Job Requirements:
- Any graduate from Diploma/Degree is welcome to join us (Diploma in Business Admin is preferred)
- Min. 1 year experience in admin, customer service or preschool setting (preferred)
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin an advantage)
- Organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask & work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / basic apps
