Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk duties – phone calls, enquiries, walk-ins, parent communication
  • Manage student enrolment, attendance, records & fee collections
  • Support Principal & teachers with admin tasks (filing, reports, scheduling)
  • Ensure smooth operations for events & daily preschool activities
  • Liaise with vendors & suppliers for school needs
  • Maintain compliance with licensing, safety & documentation requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Any graduate from Diploma/Degree is welcome to join us (Diploma in Business Admin is preferred)
  • Min. 1 year experience in admin, customer service or preschool setting (preferred)
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin an advantage)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask & work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / basic apps
