Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant & bar operations
• Lead & motivate service and kitchen teams
• Ensure excellent customer service & handle guest feedback
• Manage inventory, ordering & cost control
• Support events, promotions & marketing activities
• Maintain hygiene, safety & licensing compliance

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years experiences in restaurant or bar supervision (Korean/Asian dining preferred)
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Able to work nights, weekends & public holidays
• Knowledge of Korean food & alcoholic drinks is an advantage
