Job Responsibilities:

• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
• Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
• Organizes workload sets priorities and works within deadlines
• Strong proficiency in MS OFFICE tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Have an interest to work on numbers, good analytical skills, and able to articulate the key findings of the data / information and summarize into presentation form
• Most importantly, the motivation to learn

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
• Active and has an interest in Accounting
• Have own transport and willing to travel
• Have a good command of spoken and written in English & Malay
• Willing to work at Butterworth
