Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the company’s client base in the heavy machinery and construction sectors.
• Identify business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored machinery solutions.
• Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
• Represent the company in meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in business development, preferably in heavy machinery, construction equipment, or automotive industries.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to achieve results in a competitive market.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
