Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the heavy machinery service center.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and workflow to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and support staff.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for parts and equipment.
• Ensure customer service excellence with fast turnaround and high-quality work.
• Implement safety, efficiency, and compliance standards in all operations.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5 years’ proven experience in managing a service center (preferably in heavy machinery or automotive industry).
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of procurement or supplier coordination experience, machinery servicing and spare parts.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay for effective communication with clients, suppliers, and team members.
