Job Description – Molding Engineering Technician
Key Responsibilities:
1.Ensure molding production equipment and machinery achieve minimal downtime and minimal non-compliance.
2.Provide engineering support to Production, Engineering, and QC teams in process improvement, repairs, troubleshooting of automation/control systems, calibration, and process validation.
3.Carry out change requests and evaluate effects on validated processes.
4.Investigate process and quality failures due to equipment/process-related problems and provide permanent solutions.
5.Perform other assignments as required by the superior.
Minimum Experience:
•1–2 years working experience in molding and automation
•Good knowledge of electrical works
Salary Range: RM2,200 – RM2,400 per month (based on experience)
Allowance: Transportation – RM12/day
Working Hours & Shift:
•Shift schedule: 4 days work, 2 days off
•Weekly shift rotation
•Guaranteed minimum OT: 36 hours/month (additional OT subject to off-day work)
