Job Requirements:
- Strong background in authentic Japanese cuisine is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a senior kitchen position (Sous Chef or higher).
- Experience working in well-known Japanese restaurant chains such as Rakuzen, Kampachi, Sushi King, Zenmai, or similar outlets is highly preferred.
- Exposure to high-volume, fast-paced operations with consistent food quality standards.
- Leadership capabilities, including team management, kitchen operations, and quality control.
- Passionate about Japanese culinary arts, innovation, and international standards.
- Candidates currently working as Sous Chefs with strong potential to step into a Head Chef role are strongly encouraged to apply.
