Job Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls to promote banking products/services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate financial information.
• Cross-sell or upsell financial solutions based on customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with company and banking regulations.
• Achieve individual and team targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Age 18–45 years old.
• Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Interest in sales, banking, or customer service.

Job Benefits:

• 5 working days (Monday – Friday).
• Working hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm.
