Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of telemarketers.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching/training when needed.
- Develop strategies to achieve team sales targets.
- Assist in handling customer escalations and complex inquiries.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and team progress.
Job Requirements:
- SPM or equivalent (Diploma/Degree is an advantage).
- No experience
- Fresh graduates with leadership qualities are encouraged to apply.
- Age 18–45 years old.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing/sales leadership is an advantage.
Job Benefits:
- 5 working days (Monday – Friday).
- Working hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm.
- Basic salary + team commission + incentives.
