​Job Description:

• Serve as coach, motivator, and educator for clients
• Perform initial fitness consultations (~30 mins)—gather health info, conduct body testing (strength, flexibility, cardio, body composition), and set realistic goals 
• Design and implement individualized fitness programs focused on strength, cardio, nutrition, and functional progress 
• Provide expert instruction on exercise technique, posture correction, and safe progression 
• Maintain consistent communication and accountability—follow-ups via message or call for progress tracking 
• Ensure gym sessions are delivered in a private, distraction-free setting 

Job Requirements :

• New-Grad /Experienced / Entry level are welcomed to apply.
• Fitness Enthusiast, Passion for health, fitness, coaching and changing people's lives.
• Skills in communication English & Mandarin (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.)
• Possess certified or undergoing any accredited certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, FEA, sports science etc).
• Prior experience in coaching is an advantage. In-house training will be provided for candidates that are new to the industry.
• Positive work attitude, team player and willing to learn. 
• ​Social & Closing Skills.
