Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.).
• Update product listings, stock levels, and pricing.
• Provide customer service support and help manage reviews. Resolve online customers complaints and communicate resolutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, handling returns and exchanges, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Stock Checking time to time with Online Order Transaction and arrange for courier where required.
• Work closely with internal sales to ensure responsiveness to customer requests, billing and delivery arrangement.
• To ensure items are correctly received and delivered out.
• Answering telephone, direct calls and take message from online customers.
• Manage and maintain our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless online ordering and fulfilment processes. Assist with the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports to track key performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our e-commerce processes.
• Committed and handle all online marketing works.
• Any other administration duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay (both written and spoken).
• Basic Computer Knowledge, MS Office, MS Word, Google Sheets & Photo Editor, etc.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok or other e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
• Passion for e-commerce and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Experience in admin or e-commerce is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
