Job Responsibility:
- Respond and reply customers (phone call, massage, email)
- Prepare quotation to customers
- Provide general administration support to sales and operation
- Follow up to the customers payment process
- Provide some simple technician support to customers via Team Viewer
- Configuration & mapping UBS E-Invoicing system
- Customize system report
Job Requirements:
- SPM/ Diploma/ Degree Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Independent & Responsible & Trustworthy Candidate
Working Hour :
- Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm
- Saturday WFH 10am – 2pm
