Job Description

  • Drive student enrolment for cabin crew and aviation-related programs.
  • Build relationships with schools, counselors, and prospects.
  • Conduct calls, emails, school talks, and campus visits.
  • Maintain CRM and track student applications.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM with 2+ years of relevant experience in student recruitment, sales, or aviation OR Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Candidates with ex-cabin crew background are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Outgoing personality with great communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends.
