Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Schedule Management
    • Monitor and control the overall project schedule throughout the engineering, procurement, and fabrication phases.
    • Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely task execution according to project timeline.
    • Identify any delays or bottlenecks in project progress and immediately escalate with proposed mitigation plans.
  • Milestone Tracking & Reporting
    • Work closely with the Project Manager to track progress against key project milestones.
    • Report regularly to the Project Manager and Head of Department (HOD) on project status, schedule risks, and proposed recovery actions.
    • Maintain accurate and updated progress tracking tools and records.
  • Internal & External Meeting Coordination
    • Organize and facilitate internal coordination meetings to resolve cross-functional issues and align resources.
    • Attend client meetings to assist in clarifying and resolving schedule-related concerns.
  • Documentation & Communication
    • Work with the Document Controller to manage project document flow and ensure timely distribution of drawings, technical submissions, and communications.
    • Ensure all project documentation is aligned with the latest project schedule and deliverable dates.
  • Third-Party Coordination
    • Arrange and coordinate inspections with third-party inspectors in line with project schedule requirements.
    • Follow up to ensure inspection results do not delay the overall progress.
  • Other responsibilities
    • Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and safety and quality requirements at all times.
    • Maintain safe and clean working environments at all work locations.
    • To maintain the departmental documentation.
    • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering.
  • Working experience with more than 3 years or fresh graduate is encourage. 
  • Good self-discipline, must be willing to work in a team.
  • Familiar with using Microsoft Project.
