Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing SKM, Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle filing systems and maintain proper records
  • Creative mindset and interest in assisting with marketing video content
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work independently

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day office administrative tasks
  • Maintain and organize company filing systems and records
  • Prepare and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Word and Excel
  • Support the team in creating and editing marketing videos
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, documents)
  • Provide general support to managers and staff when needed

Job Benefits:
