Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing SKM, Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle filing systems and maintain proper records
- Creative mindset and interest in assisting with marketing video content
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work independently
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day office administrative tasks
- Maintain and organize company filing systems and records
- Prepare and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Word and Excel
- Support the team in creating and editing marketing videos
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, documents)
- Provide general support to managers and staff when needed
