Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads generated by the Acquisition Leads team
- Assist with all documentation and processes required to register sellers with the company (e.g. account creation, contract signing, etc.)
- Ensure a smooth handover of acquired sellers to the backend relationship management team after the seller incubation period
- Conduct regular outreach to sellers to gather feedback and help reduce seller churn
Job Requirements:
- Good command of both Malay and English, written and spoken
- Strong relationship management skills
- Able to work independently and achieve set targets
- Confident in pitching with a driven attitude to meet sales goals
- Outgoing personality with good negotiation skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an added advantage
- Open to fresh graduates with at least a diploma or degree
Work Location:
JOHOR/PENANG
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: RM2,500
- KPI Incentives: Up to RM1,000
- Statutory Benefits: Provided in accordance with the Employment Act
