Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads generated by the Acquisition Leads team
  • Assist with all documentation and processes required to register sellers with the company (e.g. account creation, contract signing, etc.)
  • Ensure a smooth handover of acquired sellers to the backend relationship management team after the seller incubation period
  • Conduct regular outreach to sellers to gather feedback and help reduce seller churn

Job Requirements:

  • Good command of both Malay and English, written and spoken
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Able to work independently and achieve set targets
  • Confident in pitching with a driven attitude to meet sales goals
  • Outgoing personality with good negotiation skills
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management
  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an added advantage
  • Open to fresh graduates with at least a diploma or degree

Work Location:
JOHOR/PENANG

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary Package:

  • Basic Salary: RM2,500
  • KPI Incentives: Up to RM1,000
  • Statutory Benefits: Provided in accordance with the Employment Act
