Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for partner acquisition by engaging retail stores to sign up for Company Buyer Self-Collection services, offering parcel collection for Company Buyers
- Agents will receive a targeted location list and are required to pitch the Company Program to those stores
- Manage the end-to-end process including:
- Lead acquisition
- Contract signing
- Delivery of Point-of-Sale Material (POSM)
- Onboarding and training of new partners
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Confident in pitching and driven to meet sales goals
- Outgoing personality with excellent negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry and spreadsheet management)
- Minimum qualification: SPM or higher
- Knowledge of logistics operations is an advantage
Performance Incentive:
- Collection Point (CP) acquisition incentive package (Based on performance – Up to RM2000+)
Job Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM2,500
- Performance Incentive: Up to RM200
- Lead Incentive: Earn up to RM125 per CP (RM150 for rural areas)
- Statutory Benefits: Based on Employment Act (EA)
- Language Allowance: RM500 (for Mandarin speakers in required areas)
- RM500 Transport Allowance (Klang Valley area – After pass probation)
Working Details:
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
