PERSONAL DRIVER (PASIR GUDANG)

1. Male 35-50 years old
2. Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
3. Possess a valid Class B driving license with a clean driving record and PSV for Singapore requirement
4. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a company or personal driver.
5. Proven experience in safely and reliably chauffeuring senior personnel.
6. Physically and mentally fit to perform driving responsibilities.
7. Familiar with GPS tools and mobile navigation apps.
8. Good communication skills in English
9. Professional, respectful, discreet, and highly dependable

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off from the residence to the office or any designated location as scheduled by the President.
• Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and good time management skills
• Willing to work overtime, on weekends, and travel outstation when required..
• Be adaptable and responsive to sudden changes in schedule or destinations
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring regular servicing and cleanliness (interior and exterior)
• Conduct daily checks of fuel, oil, water levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness
• Plan routes in advance for efficient travel and to minimize delays.
• Monitor traffic and weather conditions to make informed driving decisions.
• Adjust routes as necessary to avoid congestion, road closures, or accidents.
• Park the vehicle safely and ensure adherence to traffic regulations to avoid fines or summons.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR department.
