Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
- Plan and manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Display, etc.)
- Monitor and optimize PPC performance to maximize ROI
- Analyse website traffic using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content
- Manage landing pages and update website content as needed
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, bounce rates, conversion rates, etc.
Job Requirements :
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (B2B or B2C)
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and GA4
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and project
- agement skills
- Experience in biotech, sustainability, or agriculture sectors is a plus but not a must

- Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification
- HubSpot Academy Certifications
- Others that are relevant
- Candidates with certifications in content strategy, video editing, or UX/UI design will have an added advantage
