Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth operations of all the F&B outlets in terms of quality, and efficient service provided at all times.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food handling, and safety in all F&B outlets are achieved and maintained.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Constantly review, evaluate F&B operations / procedures, identify gaps and lead improvements to growth.
  • Implement best practices to optimize workflow and enhance overall customer experience. Handle customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Manage and lead F&B team by providing leadership, guidance, coaching, and creating work schedules.
  • Explore and develop marketing plans for F&B outlets.
  • Develop sales programs and execute strategic sales plans to promote and merchandising F&B products.
  • Work closely with top management and relevant departments on F&B market trend and strategic planning to meet customers’ demand and achieve business objectives.
  • Conceive new menu ideas and work with chef to implement new menu in each outlet.
  • Responsible and monitor financial performance, including F&B budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, and cost control for all outlets.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management / Food & Beverage Management / Business Administration / Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial role in F&B operations management, preferably with experience in retail operation management.
  • Experience in setting up and managing new outlets.
  • Excellent in English. Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the food and beverage market and industry trends.
  • Solid knowledge of F&B operations, including F&B marketing, costing, quality standards, and customer service principles.
