Job Overview:

The Production Team Lead will manage day-to-day production, planning, and assembly operations to ensure smooth manufacturing processes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role includes supervising team members, optimizing production workflows, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production and assembly activities.
• Ensure production schedules and KPIs are met to fulfill customer requirements.
• Set up workstations and execute tasks according to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Supervise a team of production operators and assign tasks accordingly.
• Monitor and maintain quality and compliance with GMP, OH&S, and regulatory standards.
• Perform hands-on assembly and support operational functions as needed.
• Implement and support strategic goals for production efficiency and improvement.
• Communicate and collaborate across multiple departments and teams.
• Handle basic data analysis to support decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and workplace safety culture.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and planning.
• Experience in manpower and resource planning.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures and quality protocols.
• Candidates from medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food & beverage, cosmetics, chemicals, or contract manufacturing (CMO) industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles is a plus.
