Position: Buyer / Purchasing Officer 

Location: Senai, Johor

Basic Salary: RM3500 – RM4000

1. Working days – Mon to Fri

2. Working hours – 8.30 am to 6pm

Note: This will be contract basis position. It will be an one-year contract to start with.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities for raw materials, components, and services.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and lead times.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments on stock requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
