Position: Technician (Molding Engineering)
Location: Gelang Patah (must possess a valid driving license for car or motorbike pass)
Minimum Education: Diploma in Engineering or related field
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure molding production equipment and machinery achieve minimal downtime and minimal non-compliance.
- Provide engineering support to Production, Engineering, and QC teams in process improvement, repairs, troubleshooting of automation/control systems, calibration, and process validation.
- Carry out change requests and evaluate effects on validated processes.
- Investigate process and quality failures due to equipment/process-related problems and provide permanent solutions.
- Perform other assignments as required by the superior.
Minimum Experience:
- 1–2 years working experience in molding and automation
- Good knowledge of electrical works
Job Benefits:
- Salary Range: RM2,200 – RM2,400 per month (based on experience)
- Allowance: Transportation – RM12/day
Working Hours & Shift:
- Shift schedule: 4 days work, 2 days off
- Weekly shift rotation
- Guaranteed minimum OT: 36 hours/month (additional OT subject to off-day work)
