Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for creative, operations, production, and sales roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines.

HR Operations & Employee Support

• Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding processes.
  Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR database.
• Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and staff claims.
• Provide support to employees on HR-related matters.

Compliance & Engagement

• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, etc.).
• Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance appraisal exercises.
• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
