SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:
1. Procument
- 
Working with vendors to monitor status of purchase order and facilitate expediting activities when need to meet production requirements. 
- 
Collaborate with variance department lead to effectively communicate order status in a clear and timely manner. 
- 
Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or disputes that may arise. 
- 
Negotiate based on current market pricing and volume to obtain best competitive pricing. 
- 
Monitor inventory levels of materials and ensure availability as per requirements. 
- 
To update vendor declaration form on yearly basic. 
2. Custom & Import/Export
- 
Coordinate with forwarder and vendors to ensure on times shipment and delivery. 
- 
Ensure compliance with Import & Export law regulations. 
- 
Staying updated on changes in custom regulations. 
- 
Handle market correspondence and order processing. 
- 
Support in LMW reporting and applications. 
- 
Facilitate export of goods upon receipt of order, shipment preparation till it arrives destination. 
- 
Shipping Invoicing, delivery order, packing list and other bank/insurance documents preparation. 
3. Planning
- 
Plan daily production schedule to ensure production timelines and targets are met on time. 
- 
Update the sales order list based on Proforma Invoice. 
- 
Responsible to advise the sales team / agent on the production plan based on customer requirement. 
- 
Update the paper inventory and paper forecast consumption as to ensure the material sufficient for production. 
4 Reporting
- 
Responsible in updating FSC & PEFC details in the ISO input output database. 
- 
Maintain and update the monthly savings plan. 
5 Supporting Roles
- 
Involved in any discussion as when as required related to materials. 
- 
Assist on end month reporting (Sales report, freight analysis, prep analysis, sales analysis & order intake). 
- 
Responsible for sample management. 
- 
Welfare/5S team member. 
 
Job Requirement:
- 
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. 
- 
Minimum 3 years of working experience in export-import operations, procurement, logistics, or supply chain functions. 
- 
Hands-on experience in coordinating with freight forwarders, handling customs documentation, and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations. 
- 
Computer literate with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
- 
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 
- 
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. 
- 
Willing to participate in continuous improvement activities (5S, cost savings, process optimization). 
- 
Strong commitment to compliance with company policies, standards, and quality systems.
