Job Description :

• Promote and sell insurance products and services to individual and corporate clients
• Identify potential customers through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct needs analysis to provide suitable insurance solutions
• Assist clients with policy applications, claims, and after-sales service
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company
• Participate in company marketing campaigns, roadshows, and events
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields (SPM holders with strong sales experience will also be considered)
• Prior sales or insurance experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary
