Job Descriptions :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and provide timely and accurate information.
• Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and payment follow-up.
• Generate sales reports and performance dashboards for management review.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales leads, contacts, and opportunities.
• Support the organization of trade shows, conferences, and customer events.

Job Requirements : 

• Fresh graduates are also eligible; experience is an advantage
• Able to speak in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
