Job Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Support

  • Assist in following up with vendors on purchase orders and delivery timelines.
  • Support communication between departments regarding order status.
  • Help monitor inventory levels and update records.
  • Assist in collecting and updating vendor documents (e.g., vendor declaration forms).

2. Customs & Import/Export Support

  • Assist in coordinating with freight forwarders and vendors for shipment arrangements.
  • Support preparation of basic shipping documentation (invoices, delivery orders, packing lists).
  • Learn about import/export compliance and related regulations.
  • Provide administrative support in reporting and filing.

3. Planning Assistance

  • Support production planning team by updating sales order lists and material inventory records.
  • Assist in preparing forecasts and simple reports to ensure smooth production flow

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Help update supply chain databases (e.g., FSC & PEFC records).
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports (sales, freight, order intake) under supervision.

5. Supporting Roles

  • Assist in sample management and related documentation.
  • Participate in team discussions, meetings, and 5S/welfare activities.

6. Learning & Compliance

  • Gain exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 37001, FSC, PEFC standards.
  • Participate in company training, continuous improvement, and compliance initiatives.

Job Requirements (Intern):

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Interest in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work in a team and support cross-functional tasks.
