General function
The Production Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations on the production floor. This position plays a key role in ensuring production goals are met, while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The Production Leader will lead a team of production workers, monitor production processes, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall operational performance.

Job Description

  • 6 working day (Mon – Sat)
  • Perform work as per working guidance/work instructions (Wis) and has the responsibility to the Production Group Leader and/or Supervisor in performing their daily tasks.
  • Perform work together in achieving high quality product, high efficiency and safe-working environment.
  • Comply with all settings of machinery and equipment in according to standards when running operations.
  • Update all production records and documentation (Impregnation & Sheet Cutting).
  • In-charge of own area of waste control and environmental matter, and be involved in project activities under the Production Group Leader and/or Supervisor's supervision.
  • Perform tests/inspections related to product quality.
  • Inspect the quality requirement and authorised the release of finished goods (FGs).
  • Wear the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment as per section safety scope requirements.
  • Comply with additional responsibilities and projects as-and-when assigned by the Production Group Leader, Supervisor and/or Engineer, and Industrial Manager.
  • Comply and participate in all ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Safety, FSC, PEFC and 5S related matters.
  • Record periodic (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) required performance and quality reports accurately, completely and timely to the Production Group Leader, Supervisor and/or Engineer, and Industrial Manager.

  • Spm and Above 
  • Min Working experience 2 years
  • Salary based on skill and experience
