JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Achieves students’ periodical enrolment and sales target
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets for both Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Enrichment Programmes.
• Team Development
  • Train, mentor, and groom the sales team to ensure high performance and effective recruitment strategies.
• Student Recruitment
  • Lead student recruitment efforts for the Diploma in ECE and Enrichment Programmes, targeting preschools and other relevant audiences.
• Event Planning and Execution
  • Plan, organize, and execute events such as Open Days, Education Fair, Workshops and other promotional activities together with Head of College & Head of Academic to drive engagement and enrollment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related creative discipline required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the Education Industry will be an added advantage.
• Have experience in International markets and handling of agents is highly recommended.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Patience, good communication and excellent presentation skills
• Abilities to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
• Passionate and self-motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Abilities to provide efficient, timely and reliable customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and generate reports.
• Experience in managing and directing a Sales & Marketing team
• Willing to travel and work on weekends
