Job Responsibilities:
- Drive student enrolment for assigned preschool centres through active outreach and lead generation.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads to convert them into enrolments.
- Schedule and conduct preschool tours with prospective parents.
- Build strong relationships with parents and maintain a professional brand image.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets consistently.
- Track leads and sales progress via CRM tools or reporting formats.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to the supervisor or centre team.
- Represent the brand at marketing events, roadshows, or school open days when required.
Job Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in direct sales (property, insurance, or education sales preferred).
- Personality: Driven, persuasive, outgoing, and highly motivated by performance-based rewards.
- Skills: Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.
- Independence: Able to work with minimal supervision and manage own schedule effectively.
- Mobility: Must possess own transport (car or motorcycle) and willing to travel across assigned zones.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of MS Office and CRM tools.
Compensation and Benefits

Monthly Commission: RM3,000 – RM4,500 (based on performance)
