Job Descriptions
- Provide professional and empathetic support to customers through email and live chat.
- Diagnose technical issues and escalate complex cases to relevant teams with proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting, and navigating the platform.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Required Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and trading platforms is preferable.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
