- Actively identify and engage with prospective customers to understand their property requirements
- Effectively market and promote the properties using various sales and marketing strategies
- Negotiate and close sales transactions in a professional and ethical manner

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients
- Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively handle sales scenarios
- Proficient in using any software / social medias / any digital tools to support sales activities
