Job Responsibilities

• Call existing vehicle customers to discuss and offer policy renewals.
• Assess current policies and understand customer needs.
• Collect and verify customer information accurately.
• Provide clear and professional renewal quotations.
• Assist customers throughout the renewal process.
• Resolve any customer concerns or objections confidently.
• Check customer satisfaction after renewal completion.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve renewal strategies.
• Achieve renewal and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• SPM leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
• With or without call center or customer service experience — training will be provided.
• Open to both male and female applicants.
