Job Description – Preschool Teacher

We are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers who love working with children aged 4, 5 and 6 years old.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging and effective learning activities.
• Monitor and assess children’s development continuously.
• Create a safe, conducive, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Guide and support children in mastering the 3Rs (Reading, Writing & Arithmetic).
• Prepare and execute Daily Lesson Plans (RPH), ensuring children are ready for the next level.
• Organize activities according to the school calendar.
• Manage daycare responsibilities for full-day students.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work culture.
