Summary:
Lead and oversee operations for telecom tower maintenance and site acquisition, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with company goals and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and KPIs for maintenance and site rollout.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of towers, PBT lamp poles (LED), and related infrastructure to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Drive end-to-end site acquisition and rollout, including negotiations, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and vendor performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with MNOs, regulators, landlords, and authorities; handle escalations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop the operations team, fostering accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Telecommunication, Civil, Electrical) or equivalent; Master’s/MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 20 years’ experience in telecommunications or wireless infrastructure operations.
• Proven expertise in tower operations, including maintenance, structural assessments, and environmental/safety compliance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, cost control, planning, and scheduling across multiple sites/projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (regulators, carriers, vendors, contractors).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under challenging conditions.
• Must possess a valid driving license (D/DA).
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Location: Bandar Sunway Petaling Jaya.
