Job Responsibilities
- In-charge for internal and external maintenance jobs
- Verify machine condition after all maintenance jobs completed
- Request local contractors for repairing and modification jobs upon instruction by superior
- Coordinate the trouble shoot action with production supervisor / machine operator when machine breakdown
- Responsible for monthly servicing and preventive maintenance of machineries and equipment including fire-fighting equipment, environmental protection equipment, power room, electrical panel and safety protection equipment
- Ensure preventive maintenance action plan is executed effectively
- Request required material and maintain critical machine spare parts and monitor stock inventory
- Monitor operation of IETS and inventory of schedule waste
- Ensure schedule waste collection, labelling, storage, inventory, and disposal method are done according to the operational control
- Immediately update with superior if have any non-conformity, accident, spillage or any emergency situation for further action
- Responsible for Permit to Start Work and LOTO activities
- Ensure all maintenance records are updated and filing monthly
- Responsible for drying process of schedule waste SW 204 according to work instruction
- Performing other tasks as assigned
