Job Description 

• As a Retail Sales Associate at Ergoworks, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the first point of contact for customers, introducing them to our ergonomic products, explaining their benefits, and ensuring they find the best solutions for their needs.

Working days and hours : 

• 3 Days  full (10am-10pm)
• 3 Days shift (10 AM-6.30PM or 1.30 PM- 10PM)

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional product consultations with a focus on ergonomics and lifestyle benefits
• Demonstrate and explain the features of Ergoworks chairs, desks, and accessories
•  Assist customers with purchases, financing, and after-sales service inquiries
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, while promoting ongoing promotions and bundles
• Maintain an inviting, clean, and organized showroom environment
• Assist with product displays, merchandising, and promotional setups
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock management
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases
• Follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards
