Job Description

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper stock management (inventory accuracy, stock rotation, cycle count).
• Lead and monitor warehouse staff to meet productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare and maintain records such as stock reports, delivery schedules, and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
• Train and guide warehouse staff to improve efficiency and teamwork.
• Identify process improvements to optimize warehouse layout and reduce handling time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work overtime, shifts, or weekends if required.
