Job Description

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initiation to closing.
  • Conduct thorough market research via phone and internet while qualifying potential clients.
  • Coordinate, collect, and analyze data for assigned projects and promotional activities.
  • Prepare promotional copy to be used as advertising material for projects.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships while developing a solid understanding of their business needs.
  • Office-based position with minimal travel required.
  • Aggressively prospect for new leads through calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Consistently follow up with leads and existing clients to close deals and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline at least 3–4x the monthly target.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and SEO teams to tailor proposals and solutions for clients.
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM and track all outreach, appointments, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (B2B sales, digital marketing, SaaS, or agency background preferred).
  • Sales Hunter Mindset – aggressive, proactive, and unafraid of rejection.
  • Hungry for Success – driven by targets, incentives, and personal growth.
  • Persistent Closer – strong at follow-ups, negotiations, and objection handling.
  • Opportunity Spotter – ability to identify upsell/cross-sell chances and partnerships.
  • Disciplined & Results-Oriented – focused on hitting weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal & written).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Web Development) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Performance KPIs : 

  • 50+ outreach activities per week (calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • 6+ new qualified appointments per week.
  • Conversion rate from lead → appointment → client.
  • Revenue closed in line with monthly sales quota.
