Job Description:

• Monitoring security & supportive environment for tenants and regular maintenance of hostel facilities
• Making inspections in all areas at hostel.
• Ensure tenants are aware of and comply with hostel policies and procedures
• Prepare and present reports as required from the Management
• Managing admissions of tenant into the hostel
• Carry out spot check as and when required.
• Discover the importance of effective communication and conflict resolution with the clients in a fair and effective manner
• To address and improve emergency response and control procedures
• Liase with relevant parties (eg. Employers) regarding tenant issues.
• To monitor tenant behaviour and intervene when necessary, fostering a positive and respectful environment
• Schedule and supervise cleaning and repairt assignment.
• Any other task assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in hospitality management related discipline with 2 years of work experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to handle high pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to attend emergencies after office hours
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Be able to work on shift (Monday-Saturday: 2 shifts)
• a. 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm
• b. or normal- 8.30am – 5.30pm
