Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls related to service onboarding, activation, and technical setup
- Guide customers through installation procedures, device pairing, and account configuration
- Provide clear and concise instructions in both English and Mandarin
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases to specialized teams
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems
- Meet performance targets including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call handling time
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English (spoken and reading) and Mandarin (spoken only)
- Minimum SPM, diploma in IT or related field is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
