Job Description:
1. Handling in Offline :
- In Offline need handle walk in customers,
- Issue Delivery Order, Invoice, Sales Order, Cash Sales (SQL)
- Managing in Company phone (answering calls, replying message)
- Managing customer satisfaction
2 .Handling in Online:
- Replying messasge in 3 main company platform Shopee, Tik Tok and Lazada with multiple store (Ecommerce business )
- Manage in Ecommerce daily sales orders (Arrange airwbill / packing list)
Job Requirements:
- Immediate Hiring
- No Experience required, training will be provided
- Diploma & Degree Fresh Grads are advantage
