Job Description :

• Prepare beverages in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Prior experience in F&B or café/barista roles is an advantage (training provided for freshers)
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and on shift rotation
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia
