Chagee Beverage Outlets

Job Description :

• Supervise and lead daily outlet operations, including opening and closing duties
• Train, motivate, and guide team members to achieve sales and service targets
• Monitor beverage preparation and service quality in accordance with company SOPs
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Oversee cash handling, inventory control, and stock replenishment
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and performance reports to management
• Work closely with the Area Manager and HQ to implement marketing or promotional activities

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management or related field or
• SPM holders with Prio experience are most welcome to apply
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or café operations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations
• Pleasant personality with a passion for customer service excellence
• Good communication skills in English and (Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia)
