Job Description:
- Monitor daily line defective, output performance and reporting to superior.
- Ensure the material are correct and sufficient for line usage.
- Educate and train new operator
- Maintain 5S at production area.
Job Requirements:
- With at least 1 year of experience in a production leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
- Able to arrange manpower and production control.
- Able to control operator discipline.
- Abel to work on rolling shift pattern and work at Senai, Johor area.
5 days per week ; rolling shift pattern
