Requirements

  • Min. Qualification – SPM (Fresh grads are welcomed)
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail environments is an advantage.
  • Experience in food and beverage service or barista skills is a plus, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and giving correct change. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Teamwork with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods during shifts.
  • Willing to work weekends & selected Public Holidays.
  • Able to work in a NON HALAL restaurant, serving pork.

Responsibilities:

Service Crew

  • Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcome and valued.
  • Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverage efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are cleaned and reset promptly.
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant, including preparing condiments, restocking supplies, and cleaning.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a polite and timely manner. 
  • Uphold company standards for food safety, hygiene and service quality.

Barista

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following company recipes.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness. 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, including stocking supplies and ingredients. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management for restocking needs.
  • Provided excellent customer service by engaging with customers and offering product recommendations. 

Cashier

  • Greet customers as they enter and provide a friendly checkout experience.
  • Accurately process transactions, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and mobile payments. 
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. 
  • Maintain an organized and clean cashier station, including the cash register and surrounding areas. 
  • Assist in balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts. 
  • Provide customers with information about our restaurant and menu items.
  • Support other front-of-house duties as needed, such as helping with service or barista tasks during busy periods.

Working hours:

  • 6 days per week. (Restaurant is closed on every Thursday)
  • OT may be required, especially during weekends’ dinner service.
